This paper looks at five studies which assess the effect of being outdoors on subjective vitality. In one of the five studies participants were exposed to photographic scenes of either nature or buildings. Results showed that only the nature scenes enhanced subjective vitality.
This supports the idea that Nature Stress Relief video may be used to improve subjective vitality, and even our wallpapers on your digital screens may have a positive effect on your subjective vitality.
